Meet Your Coaches – Our Story & Mission
Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. I began my journey in martial arts at the age of 9 and continued practicing until my early 30s. After experiencing a mid-life crisis, I committed to getting as fit and healthy as possible.
In addition to my fitness certifications, I obtained my Level 2 boxing certification and became a Triathlete Community Coach. I have competed in four Ironman events, eight half Ironman races, and numerous smaller competitions. I have also participated in marathons and various running festivals.
I’ve been fortunate to learn from some outstanding coaches throughout my career, and I am now passing that knowledge on to my clients.
